Image Submission Guidelines

1. Submitting Images to SWA-Models.Com

When you submit a new Model/Site Profile you are required to submit 5 Photos to be used with the Profile itself and a Trade Gallery. All image submissions are done through our automated Profile Submission/Update forms.

Once we review your submission and find that it meets our Guidelines we will approve and publish your Profile and made available for all features.

You may update your Profile(s) content/images or add new Trade Galleries at any time once your Profile has been approved.

2. Image Requirements

The 5 images submitted for use with your Profile Page must be cropped to a specific size (click the thumbnail example to the right for image sizes required) and must be in JPEG format (we do not accept any other format).

If for some reason you are unable to crop your own images we can do it for you. Upload larger sized images (at least 600x400 in size) when you create your Profile and we will size them appropriately.

Trade Gallery images must be in a single zip file. Images must be in JPEG format only and be of a reasonable size. All other images and files inside the zip file will be ignored (gif, png, txt, etc).

All image submissions are subject to approval and our requirements may be altered without notice.

3. Image Quality

All images must be of acceptable quality to be included on SWA-Models.Com. This means we will reject images that are over compressed, from a web cam, from a cell phone, poor scans, to small, etc. If we determine that any images you submit do not meet our requirements we will contact you and give you notice of which images needs to be replaced.

4. Image Copyrights

You must ensure that you have the proper rights to release images which you provide to SWA-Models.Com for inclusion on your profile page(s) or for use in Trade Galleries you submit to us. If we are contacted by the copyright owner concerning use of your images we will remove them immediately and disable your Profile(s).

5. Image Updates

Once your Profile has been approved you will have the ability update your images and add new Trade Galleries at any time. All new image submissions are subject to our approval before they are approved and made live.

6. Contacting Us Concerning Images

If you are the owner of copyright to any image on SWA-Models.Com and wish the images removed please contact us at copyrights@swa-models.com. Please include links to the pages and names of the site/models images in question.
